Please Note: These are only instructions on navigating our website in order to request quotes, place orders, and make payments. Requesting a quote is very similar to placing an on-line order. Just select the products, add them to the cart, and follow all of the prompts until the payment page. Once on the payment page you will either enter payment information and place an order, or, click on a button that requests a revised shipping rate - not ready to buy, in which case you are, in effect, requesting a quote from us. Please note that as you browse through our website you may add any item that interests you into the shopping cart (by clicking on "Add To Cart") without worrying about having to commit to a purchase. There is never an obligation to buy or pay on this website. The way it works is as follows: once you are finished with your shopping experience (after adding all of the items that interest you into the shopping cart by clicking on "Add To Cart"), continue by clicking on "Checkout". This will take you to the 100% secure payment services offered by PayPal or SQUARE ("PayPal " or "Pay By Credit Card"), which you can click if you wish to proceed with the purchase of the items on the cart at the quoted rate. However, we recommend that you first explore our third option prior to the PayPal or Pay By Credit Card payment options.The third option may be used for, either, obtaining firm quotes that may include a better shipping rate, or, to make off-line, instead of on-line, payments. The third option does not require any payment when selected, nor does it commit you to any purchase at any time, now or in the future. You may prefer this option for a number of reasons: 1.) if you would like to inquire about a lower shipping rate or free shipping  2.) in cases where you wish to make an initial down-payment in order to secure your order and sale price, but make the final payment at a later date or  3.) if you would like a quote on a custom tent, top, or sidewall that is not listed on this website.The third option simply requires that you submit the "Customer Info" and "Shipping Information" requested of you when prompted. Then, after filling out the customer and shipping information, all that is required is for you to click on the "Continue To Payment" button which will take you to the payment page. On the bottom of that payment page, under the heading, "Payment", you should select "Revised Shipping Rate" Option / Not Ready To BuyDon't worry if you need something else; by clicking here, you are in effect, giving us the go-ahead to contact you. At that time we can answer any questions that you may have. Finally, click on the blue "Complete Your Order" button at the bottom of the screen. Be assured that there is absolutely no obligation to buy or pay later. By clicking on "Complete Your Order", if selecting the third option mentioned above, you are simply giving Carpa Supply the "okay" to contact you with either a revised firm product and shipping quote (that may include free shipping or a better shipping rate for the items that were placed into the shopping cart), or, it is simply an option that you are selecting so that we may give you a call to answer some of your questions. If you are not interested in ordering our products after we contact you with our firm quote, that's okay; you, and only you, can make the final decision to purchase. 

We will contact you by phone or email (using the information that you entered) within 24 to 48 hours of clicking the "Complete Your Order" button. If you originally placed the order using the 100% secure PayPal or "Pay by Credit Card" options we will also be contacting you to confirm and discuss your order. 

     The main reason that we set up the third option on our website is so that we can offer you the best available shipping quote for the items that you placed on the cart; and, of course, this third option gives us the opportunity to offer assistance with any additional questions that you may have. If you select the third option, it is totally up to you if you would like to proceed with your order when we call you back. If you are still interested in placing an order after receiving the final firm quote from us, we will further assist you; also, you may still choose to pay on-line with PayPal or "Pay by Credit Card", or, off-line by using most major credit cards, cashier's checks, and electronic transfers (credit authorization forms and government issued I.D. will be required for some off-line payments). 

Our average shipping time after an order is placed and payment clears varies between 10 to 20 business days, depending on the products ordered.
