This 40 x 40 frame tent (Made in the USA) is a commercial-quality twin-tube hybrid frame tent not to be compared with less expensive lighter-duty single tube frame tents. It is very popular for medium to large-size gatherings, such as,  wedding receptions & sweet fifteens/sixteens celebrations, company gatherings, boat covers, carport for large vehicles (holds up to 8 to 10 cars or 4 to 6 small trucks), patio furniture or swimming-pool cover, church events, etc. No Tools required for assembly. Seats 140 to 180 people comfortably.

1. The above 40 x 40 frame tent pricing includes the complete anodized aluminum 40 x 40 frame tent (similar to that shown in the pictures) containing 2 inch anodized aluminum O.D. tubing, 16 or 18 Oz. waterproof, 1 or 2-piece White vinyl top/cover with sun blockout and flame and mildew retardancy. Also included are a storage bag for the top/cover,anodized aluminum adjustable legs (7 Ft. to 9-1/2 or 10 Ft. high), and all other required galvanized steel frame fittings (fittings are 1-3/4 inch O.D. galvanized steel).

Price includes the following 40 x 40 frame tent parts for the 16 Oz. and similar for 18 Oz.: Four- corner fittings, Eight-mid-leg rafter fittings, One-8-way crown w/ cap (traditional), Four airplane fittings, Four- 6-Way side fittings, Eight- 125 1/2 inch tubes (2 inch O.D.), Sixteen-172 inch tubes (2 inch O.D.), Sixteen- 112 inch tubes (2 inch O.D.), Four- 21 Ft. by 8-1/4 inch long double-barrel twin-tube trusses (2 inch O.D.), and sixteen- adjustable legs with bases (2 inch O.D. Leg Insert).

Stakes, ropes, ratchet straps, sidewall curtains, and water barrels are not included in the basic advertised tent price unless selected in the drop-down menus on this page or added to the cart from a different page on our website for an additional charge.
