This 2-1/2 year old used 30 x 70 Engineered Frame Tent constructed from single 2 inch and twin-tube 4 inch aluminum tubing with galvanized push-button fittings, 4-piece 18 Oz. heavy-duty commercial white vinyl top, and all other required tubing and frame parts, is available for purchase in San Diego, California. The seller is motivated and has lowered the price of the tent, top, stakes, and ratchet straps from $7,999 to $5,999 (shipping charges, if required, are not included in this price). The ideal customer would be someone living within a 5 to 200 mile distance from San Diego, California so that 1.) the tent and top, along with all related accessories can be inspected by the customer for potential purchase, and, 2.) that the customer can pick up the tent directly from the seller in order not to incur shipping charges.

Note: 16 Premium Quality Forged Steel Double-Head Tent Stakes (1″ x 30″) and 16 Premium Quality Ratchet Straps are included in price. Also three 30′ long crossbars for tent stabilization are included in price.

The seller is also selling the two frame-tent jacks and 12 cathedral sidewalls (8 – 15′ x 8′ and 4 – 20′ x 8′) that were purchased along with this tent in 2024. The seller is willing to negotiate the selling price of the tent-jacks and sidewalls with customers that are purchasing the tent, top, stakes, and straps.
